There were a large number of new blues releases for May 2025! There are new albums from established artists like Taj Mahal and Keb’ Mo’, Robin Trower, Little Feat, Charlie Musselwhite, Carolyn Wonderland, and Samantha Fish. Other contemporary blues artists that are often on my playlists also released new recordings including Southern Avenue, Brandon Santini, Anthony Gomes, and the Boogie Beasts. And during the next couple of months there are new recordings on the way from Joe Bonamassa, Van Morrison, Joanne Shaw Taylor, and Robert Randolph!
