Join me today from 12-2 pm ET for the Ben Vee Roadhouse Blues on http://www.bluesmusicfan.com! I have some special tunes featuring the talent of Sam Lay who passed away this past Saturday at 86. Sam was arguably the best blues shuffle drummer of all time and played with Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Bob Dylan, and the Butterfield Blues Band to name just a few. He was a member of both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as well as the Blues Hall of Fame. Hope you make time to listen in for some Sam Lay and a bunch of new 2022 songs including cuts from 90 year old Bob Stroger and 88 year old John Mayall’s new albums!! #blues #roadhouseblues
